The Prevention Partnership, Inc. is the fiscal and managing agent for two coalitions- the Westside Coalition for Healthy Neighborhoods (WCHN), formerly the Austin Coalition for Healthy Lifestyles,  established in 2007 and the South Suburban Family Wellness Alliance (SSFWA) established in 2009. 

 

All coalitions are modeled after the U.S. Department of Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) and are consistent with the Departments Healthy People 2020, along with supporting State of Illinois and Cook County Departments of Public Health and Human Services.
